How we grade condition
Every pre-owned item is given one of these grades. The listing photos and notes always take priority, so please check them.

| New without tags | Unworn, but tags removed or missing. |
| Excellent | Worn lightly, with no visible flaws. |
| Very good | Light signs of wear, such as slight fading or minor sole wear. Any marks are described and photographed. |
| Good | Visible wear, such as bobbling, small marks or creasing, but still plenty of life left. Every flaw is described and photographed. |
Honest descriptions
- Measurements are given where helpful, as sizing varies by brand and age.
- Flaws are photographed, not hidden.
- Pre-owned items are cleaned or aired where appropriate before dispatch.
- Mixed lots list what's included and the overall condition.
Authenticity
We check branded items before listing, looking at things like labels, stitching, materials and hardware, and we won't list anything we're not confident about. If you have any concern about an item you've bought from us, contact us and we'll put it right.
